There are no exact words to describe the countless hours and gallant moments spent by volunteers helping other women reach their full potential. The Women’s Foundation volunteers do this on a regular basis working tirelessly to help fulfill the mission by serving on different committees such as the Grants Committee or serving on a project such as Annual Tribute Luncheon. The spirit of the Women’s Foundation can be found in the heart and passion of the volunteers.

The Women's Foundation would like to send out a sincere thank you to the Rhodes College volunteers and Cricket Wireless for creating a successful Phon-a-thon. On Tuesday, October 9, 2007, the Women's Foundation took a field trip to Rhodes College, where volunteers eagerly awaited learning more about the Women's Foundation.

Becoming Involved - Investing Your Time and Talent

There are two key areas where individuals and organizations can get involved in the work of the Women’s Foundation, and both of them grow directly from our mission. The first revolves around encouraging philanthropy and promoting leadership among women. Toward this end we have numerous volunteer opportunities that are connected in some way to our fund-raising activities – from “behind the scenes” to “making the ask” – and educational offerings.
