This summer you can find out in a fun, learn-by-doing atmosphere when you attend the second Girls Experiencing Engineering (GEE) program at the Herff College of Engineering at the University of Memphis.

Through hands-on projects, middle school girls will discover what engineers do and how skills such as creative thinking, problem solving and communications can contribute to their future success.

ImageAt GEE students will meet women engineers, who will share information about their educational paths and careers, including the excellent salary prospects for females who choose this profession.

ImageGirls living in Memphis/Shelby County are eligible to attend GEE, and as well as math and science teachers may participate.
